It is able to be wired to 110 volts of AC power and does not require any converters or power supplies in order to flash.  Built in power supply and 5 year warranty on this USA manufactured product.  Lens is sonically welded in place to prevent intrusion from environmental elements. This version of the light features a permanet mount base with 3 holes for mounting to the top of a flat surface This light is special ordered and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive when its out of stock.
